Not to hijack the thread, but I'm thinking about getting this done, but I don't have any bolt ons yet. Would it be good to go ahead and tune it

Not to hijack the thread, but I'm thinking about getting this done, but I don't have any bolt ons yet. Would it be good to go ahead and tune it and enjoy the better mileage, then retune when I get the mods? Or would it be better to mod (cai, cbe, lth and hfc) and then get the uprev? And why?
