He'll probably be fine with his cut and paste tune since the car is NA. The OP didn't mention if the car has any bolt on's (at least I don't remember seeing any posts mentioning it). Most likely he's getting tuned by Admin for the pops/bangs and flame maps. Since no reputable tuner will give you those options, he has no choice but to go to Admin. Little does he know, many a motor have been destroyed by over use of the pops/bangs.
