Thanks for posting I've personally have had this happen a few months back. It was a major pia to remove what was left of the pulley myself with limited tools.

The only aftermarket pulley I would run is the ATI.

So what do i do with this brand new nst set with the belt? Now I won't be able to sell it. Almost tempted to just put it on. Makes me sad now
Money down the drain for nothin.

I just saw a response to an old post of mine that says that nst updated the crank pulley and made the arms a little thicker, and after looking at a the picture in this thread, and a picture i saw of yours in another thread, my crank pulley arms do look a little thicker than the ones yall had. But maybe I'm crazy.
