We also will update the tune if EcuTek has improved some kind of feature or datalogging. This doesn't mean we retune you every time you add parts, I would love to promise something like that but I would quickly go out of business working for free! For anyone who has purchased a custom tune and wants their tune refreshed they can purchase a "tune update" on our website Let me know if you have anymore questions John

So am I understanding this right, with ECUTEK I can't physically change or tune anything myself, I just gather data logs that are sent to a tuner who then makes a tune for me? Is there any options where I can have access to the software myself, if for example, I have experience tuning with similar software or know a tuner who is not yet an official ECUTEK 'master tuner'?

Only an EcuTek dealer who has purchased the tuning suit can edit 370Z maps. John

Just got a full tune yesterday from Ptuning using Ecutek and love it Car is completely different and all the small mods finally make sense and perform. Check out Ptuning or Visconti. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely however not sure how much. Since all my original tunes were e tunes and no dyno its hard to qualify. That said, its night and day difference. Power is on demand and there immediately and smooth through all gears. No complaints!

So for the G37x sedan , what is the ideal safe redline RPM to hit the fastest 0-60 on 1st and 2nd gear only. Is this Per gear max RPM feature applicable to the sedan like my 2015 Q40? I will soon get the ECUtek kit and I still need to ROM Dump..

One of my friends got a re-tune with EcuTek.. There were increasing gains as you go higher in the rev range. He also noted the car was more responsive.
