flat spotted tires to the rear

I accidently disabled the ABS without remembering. By the time I realize it and lifted, the two poor tires already have giant flat spots on them (I CAN SEE IT

I accidently disabled the ABS without remembering. By the time I realize it and lifted, the two poor tires already have giant flat spots on them (I CAN SEE IT as they are different shades). I don't know if putting the vibration in the rear is tolerable, or I should just buy two new tires.
