Square refers to running the same wheel width front and rear and kind of assumes your running the same diameter. Offset is just the distance from the actual centerline of the rim to the mounting face in millimeters. Running different offsets will likely prevent your from swapping wheels front to rear easily. *Didn't know you had replied when I wrote this Wstar, oh well lol.
