Holes closer to the bars end tips are the softest setting...holes tighter to the center of the bar are the hard settings go full stiff in front, and halfway(middle hole)

Holes closer to the bars end tips are the softest setting...holes tighter to the center of the bar are the hard settings
go full stiff in front, and halfway(middle hole) in rear....thats what I did anyways
