It wasn't my 350z, I was just a driver of it in the race. I think it was a 2005.

350z's are not nearly as starvation prone as the 370z. To be quite honest, I am not sure exactly why as they have a very similar fuel system. The 370z tank is just a few inches deeper. But I was also able to get my 350z to occasionally starve on on/off ramps with 1/4 tank.

No rush from me, but is there any ETA?

Also are there any concerns about installing this and it effecting any tune I may have/get? Just curious if I should hold off on my tune until after I install the RRP.

Thanks.
No retune required.

We will probably start welding together the first 6 before the end of the week.

I dont want to say an ETA yet, but I think its safe to say these will all be out the door before the end of this month!

As for tuning, the RRP will generally not require any tune adjustment.
Love it...actually have a road course event the 19th-21st, as well as 27th-28th, so I'm DAAAMN ready to put this thing to full use/trial!!!!!!

In contrast my PrePhunk 370z would starve at less than 10 laps from full.
It only happened once and I was running w/ --- blinking at me at an autocross. Never on the circuit. Just looking for more safety bits and parts.

I still have to find a place to install the accusump.

I'm excited to see this as me and a friend are hitting fuel starve at the dragon already. I imagine road Atlanta will be worse this fall. I'm interested when one becomes available.

Updates? Sadly it doesn't look like I'll have this before our first road course in 4 days

We have finished the billet parts - there has been some sort of giant delay from Woolf Aircraft tubing, the supplier of the 4" aluminum tubing that is welded into the mid section of each one. I was actually going to find another source for it in the next day or two if they couldnt process the order now (going on a couple weeks already). They actually have the stuff, but wont ship any orders due to some computer system issues they are having.

All we need is the 4" tubing sections to weld in, and off it can go for anodizing.

Heres so you guys know that I am not full of it! (pic attached)

Today I got most of the pieces back from anodizing.

Also, the 4" tubing came in today!!! So this weekend we will be gearing up to build the welded mid sections! Should have them done early to middle of next week and then they can get anodized and this is all done.

Please add me to the next batch whenever that will be. I can't go 3 laps at VIR without hiccuping off every right hander. Killing my lap times. I don't even know how much these are now.

The canisters were completed and are out for anodizing.

I am busy with oil pan production stuff but perhaps this weekend I will get organized to start accepting payments for the reserved RRPs and then we will be able to see if there are any left over from abandoned pre-orders.
