Why is it BS? You haven't explained fully the reason why he needs to drop the tank. Is it because he thinks the heat will hurt the tank? Is any

Why is it BS? You haven't explained fully the reason why he needs to drop the tank. Is it because he thinks the heat will hurt the tank? Is any welding done on the outside of the car? Is the main hoop getting mounted to the floor or the shelf? Is he cutting a hole? Is he boxing the floor plates?
