That seems quite reasonable... obviously the fastest time was 12.24, but that was with 4.08 gears and i'm not sure what other mods he had that you don't.. maybe none? Idk, but with a really good launch and great track conditions maybe a 12.5 would even be possible?
Are you all doing several runs against each other or just a little warming up and then just a single race?
