Low end torque on 350 vs the 370?

What I did read is that the ft/lbs of torque in the 370 isn't that much over the 350's. Weird. They increase the hp way over the 350's, but the ft/lbs of torque just slightlty so.

higher redline and higher peak power is the caused the tq has not increased. Higher the motor revs, less tq it has.
