I had a 2005 350Z (non-revup 6MT) for a few years before I got the 370Z. The 350Z was definitely more torquey at lower rpm's but topend wasn't so great. It might just be me but the VQ37VHR seems a bit lazy below 4000 rpm; after that it more than makes up for it. The biggest difference I noticed is that in 3rd & 4th gear the car seems to accelerate a lot smoother.
