they're pretty solid but they seem to fade after a little bit of hard driving. I think i'm going to get endless pads next

1. Did you change brake fluid to fluid that has a high temp rating?

2. Are they track rated pads?

Nice

Local course or is it online? Is there a website?

Online course. But it comes with access to their member's only forum where you can ask questions specific to your application. The guys working for this company are motorsport engineers/professionals that do this for a living. So who better to ask than these guys?!

I typically stay away from stuff like this because I usually know most of what they are preaching but what sold me was their free live 2 hour course to give you a "taste" of what they have to offer. Immediately, I knew this was worth the money. I think I only paid $90 for their package for black friday.

Check your pads after each event, its literally the one thing you can't have wear out! As soon as my pads get to 6mm or less its time for new ones.

Find a shop that knows race cars. The fundamentals are pretty much the same. The witchcraft is in the details as each car is unique to its self as well as your driving style. Find one or two pros and listen to the only as too many cooks in the kitchen will spoil the meal.

That could be a bit much. I'm using the 10F/8R combo.

I agree with Rusty I ran xp10 front and 8 in the back. They were plenty and they squeal like mad when they are cold. You may experience either a hard bite or no bite at all when they a cold. They also dust really bad if that is a thing for you!
