The only oil pans available at that time was the AM Perf. pan. They was $1,200 then. Only 20 was sold to the public. I got the one that was on Shamu's Z. The CJM pan didn't come along until a few years ago.

I remember something about getting a chance to pick up an oil pan from him at some point, oh well maybe I’m thinking of someone else.

Either way, he still never had oil starve issues and neither have we.
