I still have my note books for each of my motor cycles that I raced with from years ago.
 They have each track the bike been to, suspension settings, air pressure, tire info, lap times, changes made. I have one for the Z, but it's not as detailed because I'm not chasing lap times hard. Just out and enjoying myself, trying different things and going fast.  When I get a full blown case of the Race Bug. I'm a bear to be with.
