Yes, Pittsburgh International Race Complex (PittRace). This event is called "Track Night in America". You get (3) Sessions, 20-minutes each. It's not considered a race because no one is timed. They usually have one per month.

Here's a video from last month (Novice, session #3)...this was my first time at this track, so I was not pushing at all. Tomorrow, I hope to have more confidence in my skills because I know that car has way more capabilities than I do

I didnt actually manage to get any on track, due to coming off track due to brake inconsistency.. But before i lost the Z, last picture i got.

[ATTACH]130968[/ATTACH]Doing this at night was almost surreal. Was first time for me. Edge Addicts rented temporary lights. There were a few dark areas. All,of us were overrunning the turns. I will post a few vids. I would love to do this at night again.

Nice driving! Those sharp corners where you loose the headlights are freaky because you can't see the track and you have little to no depth perception. Driving at dusk is by far the hardest for me. To many shadows and my vision is just not any good anymore at low light as it really effects my depth perception.

Hotrodz, thanks for the compliment. COTA can be intimidating in the day light. I was glad I had a few hundred laps on it before doing it at night. I must have been doing something right, my best night lap time was just one second slower than my best day lap. One could argue I’m not that fast the daylight, but I was happy to get close at night.

Paul Newman was asked to drive endurance races late onto his life because he had great night vision and could turn fast and consistent lap times in the dark. You just need to find you a race team. LOL

So, went back to PittRace last Thursday for another Track Night in America. Was able to knock about 20 seconds from my fastest time last month. Now that I am more familiar with the track, I can push a little harder. Still not one with the Z, but getting closer.

Here is a picture and video from then...at about 4:33 in the video, you can see a Beaver try to cross in front of me. Fortunately, I saw it coming and was able to beep the horn to get him to stop.
