Capital Z of Texas monthly meeting 11/26/2012
 

Capital Z of Texas (Austin's Z car club) has their next meeting tomorrow night (Monday 11/26/2012) at Pok-E-Joe's BBQ in the Brodie Oaks shopping center(360 and Lamar).

It would be nice to see some of the local 370Zs come out.

Social hour and eating at 6:00pm. Meeting starts @ 7:00pm then hang out in the parking lot checking out the cars afterwards.

Can't make the Z Car Club meet this time, but next time for sure.

I should be back in time for cars & Coffee on Sunday. Taking the Zx-14 to San Antonio on Saturday.

Wish I could make it but I doubt I could get there in time.

I wont be able to make the lime creek run on Sat. Are yall willing to do it Sun after c&c?

Called Colvin Automotive. They quoted 675 to put on Springs, Rear Camber Arms, and Spacers. When he mentioned springs, he said about 4 hours (wat!). That being said, he also mentioned a tech wasn't there so he wasn't 100% sure... and that was most likely max estimate.

Hmm.

That's the area all my quotes were in just for spring install and alignment. Couldn't find anyone lower.

yeah thats about right... it took me about 1.5 hrs to do all 4 springs with 4 people (2 on the front and 2 on the rear) and another 2 hrs doing spacers by myself (stud replacement on all 4).

Ahh OK. Well, looks like I'll be ready for the weekend then! =)

Swift Springs, Rear Camber Arms, and Spacers are on! Just in time for the meet up. Now I just need to find a good alignment shop. Have some really obvious camber/toe issues on the rear passenger wheel. Need to get that knocked out!
