That dealership would have “lost me” at 102 miles on the OD……With all the sh*t that happened to you and your wife…..it really could have been an honest mistake! No dealership is going to sell a car at a loss…..they have to feed their family and survive like everyone else! I have experienced some of the biggest d*uchebags in the car business and I can usually weed them out…… but I believe the majority of them are good people just trying to make a living.

we bought a Lexus in Plano Texas (Part Place Lexus), when we took delivery of the car, it's missing a function (back up assist). I contact the General Manger and he was extremely customer services kind of attitude. Apologize and end up special order a new vehicle for us (because this function can't be installed after market), that's an honest mistake my friend!!!.....unlike the general manager at that Grapevine, don't even want to try to apologize....Next time my wife want a new lexus, this will be the place I will return.

That's the dealership my brother works at. They have won national awards for customer service, awarded by GW Bush. If you have an old Lexus that you did not buy there you can still go by for some free coffee and some form of breakfast and they'll clean your car, for free.

He's a lead tech, just got his master ASE/Lexus cert. Only been there a few years. I guess our family is blessed with mechanically inclined people

I'm not sure what, if anything, he'd be able to do as he's not a Service Writer, he just gets his hours, and a lot of them.

I can and will always stand behind his competence though, so if you ever have issues I would see him. You won't be leaving dissatisfied, his cars don't come back again for the same issue.

A lot of people there only know how to work on Lexus/Toyota/Fuel Injected cars, it's unfortunately the way things are moving. He's had his hands on almost everything including GoPeds/MoPeds/RC/Dirt Bikes/Motorcycles/Jet Skis as well as cars from the 50's and up. I've got a lot of faith in my (slightly) younger brother, he's my backup plan when I have issues, lol.
