I'm just curious if you can qualify that statement? Do you know what NO is? Do you know what it does?

I personally use NO2 when I am lifting and hit a plateau.

NO is no magic syrum but it certainly has it's place, and it's use in the bodybuilding community.

Increased blood-flow due to vascular dilation, can reasonably equate to a greater level of oxygenation of the muscles during a workout due to a larger volume of blood flow.

It's unfortunate when uneducated, or ignorant people make blanket statements, because other people read them and go around parroting them, further propagating misinformation.
