I just use some ON 100 Whey as soon as i wake up, before workout and after.
Pure creatine mono and jacked before the workout.
Intrabolic during the workout.
and Creatine+ Protein after.

I also use fishoil in the morning and with pre workout meal...take Casein slow digesting protein before bed.
