The shop I referred to in my original post I linked above was Highway HiFi in Melbourne. They seemed pretty legit but after what bigaudiofanatic posted, I'm not so sure...

The steering wheel controls are no issue at all if you use Axxess Metra ASWC-1 Universal Steering Wheel Control Interface. I am in the Tampa bay area so not so helpful with a shop for you but the guys that did my setup were awesome. OTS Mobile Audio in Oldsmar, FL. There is nothing crazy about the install for the head unit honestly, it's a standard double-din opening so you can even keep the factory dash panel. WAAAY easier than my old G35.
