Sounds like a stand up guy. Look bud, everyone have family emergencies from time to time, but your personal problems doesn't relieve you of your obligation to other people. You could have avoided the situation entirely by keeping your communication line open. You have the guy's money and stopped responding to him for an entire week and not delivering the product. If that isn't alarming to you, it's better off you don't own a z anymore. Good luck with that attitude where ever you go buddy.

Paid for an FI exhaust non res Nov 18. Guy said he's gonna ship it next day. I msg him and everyday he says next day he'll do it. Still nothing. I told him if he's not gonna ship it tomorrow then I want a refund. Am I being unfair or do we have a potential scammer here?

If they don't ship it out within a week and have no contact, I would file a report. It's nerve-racking but you have to keep on it. Some people aren't so enthusiastic to tend to your needs when they already have your money

I filed a claim, nothing's happening so far. I can escalate it in a couple of days.

now he says he'll ship it whenever he wants. he's not gonna refund me and he's called paypal. He said: "Lol I called PayPal .. So do what you want. Please file a claim"

problem is, with this kind of people they can ship you a box full of rock and garbage and I have to drive an hour and a half to cross the border to receive my box of rock :shakes head:

That's why i only choose to buy things for a certain amount on here, couple hundred bucks max for me. I really hate when people get your money and then talk shiit, be better off buying new from a reputable dealer then to deal with this BS!!!
