I'm listening. I think it's pretty crappy to ask for a refund after almost a year but it appears that you sold the wrong part to start with. What's "right" in this case? IMNSHO, buyer should have notified you MUCH sooner so Judge SouthArk says claim denied.

But it still doesn't excuse sending the wrong/mislabeled part. You may "win" this one but at what cost? ;)

What is the difference between the 350Z and 370Z mid links? I want to make sure I have the correct ones as well..

The mid-links are for sure not for the 370z...

It is confirmed via the perch being about 10 degrees off.

The new mid-links came fresh from SPL specifically for 370z fit perfectly and the springs sit as they should, nothing is moving around.

Here's 350z mid links. The inner lower mounts here do not look like what I sold you. Please post pics of these 370z ones you have for a side by side. I'm sticking with you have the correct ones as what I've stated earlier.

Guys at SPL said it is really hard to tell the mid-links apart as they vary slightly in perch angle.

I can't explain it to you dood. There are some things that just can't be taught.

Blaine you have been refunded everything I owed you and you have all your parts besides the TB's you sold me!!!! You spent $845 to this day with me after I refunded you the TB core and the m370 I gave back to you! I don't owe you ****. $845 is what I charge for a set of ported TB's $305, ported upper $295 and a ported lower $245. That it. No special math required here. In your possession you have my ported TB's, my ported upper, my ported lower, your oem upper, your m370 unported, your oem lower and all mounting hardware etc. what the hell would I owe you? I've had many people wanting to get stuff don't from you, but your reputation changed many minds including mine. People have given you way too many chances on here. Man up and admit to your fault.

So from the 2 sets of used 350z ones I just posted SPL never said they come in 2 parts? I'm calling tomorrow and recording the conversation and posting it here!. Cause the pics are clear as day that the 350 has a popped in inner spring perch and you damn well know you have a solid one piece.

6 months and a 100 emails with that kid with me saying the same thing over and over has lost any respect from me and in no way deserves to be treated like a customer with respect. Period. I'll admit fault when I'm wrong. Funny no one wants to comment on the fact 350's are clear as day different! Where's their admit in fault that they're wrong?

There are a half dozen people complaining about how you transact business here and the common variable is you. So I think we have figured out where the problem is. And when other forum members smell blood ... well, you should know because you've been the chum in the water numerous times already.

Hell, I've never even conducted business with you directly, but the one time I interacted with you we were looking to split up a brake pad and power bleeder combo that a forum member was selling. The power bleeder was used and the brake pads were brand-spanking-new. The seller said we could split the items up however we liked as long as he still got the same combo price he posted. The individual price you demanded for the brand new brake pads that were already priced well, was high enough that I would have ended up having to pay more than the price for a new power bleeder. Your greed is so clearly obvious and your attitude whenever challenged is sad and pathetic.

I just wish you would go away.
