Had to get PayPal involved.

Seller has refunded my money and apologized. Case closed.

hi. i know it was a while back since i bought your z1 test pipes. i never got to install the pipes but went ahead and sold them as i have different plans now.

the new owner of the tps is having a fitment problem and do not think it was a direct fit... it seems as if the pipes have a huge gap. was the pipes DE or HR? please respond asap.

CJSEGER sold z1 TPs to me that doesn't fit. Contacted seller multiple times but no answer.

Question, order completed on January 2018. Is it too late to dispute the transaction?

Bad Experience with that_slow370z

I told the seller I will give him asking price plus shipping he gives me his phone number, and we communicate through text, wasn't willing to do PayPal, only wanted to use Venmo, he didn't include the hardware kit that was supposed to be included in the price and he decided not to respond to my texts at all

Venmo provides zero buyer protection. If you don't know/trust the seller you should only send money via a service that protects the buyer at least a little (like PayPal). Chalk this one up to a lesson learned. Hope you hear back from the seller and get your hardware kit.

Roger that.

MaddZ agreed via PM to pay for my used H&R Springs for $180 and since it was an international shipment I would send him a photo copy of the receipt and tracking at which point he would send the additional funds via Paypal for $99.91. I have received no response after multiple requests over a span of 2 weeks. I now see he is actively requesting to buy other parts in other threads.

Transaction was at the end of January on the attached thread. I'm sorry to others for not reporting this sooner.

Just need to vent

So, I bought these Z1 2 pc. rotors awhile back http://www.the370z.com/parts-sale-pr...kes-front.html

When I had time off, I had them put on and almost immediately realized they were warped. Sean @ Precision Z (who installed them) said the rotors were warped as soon as he came back from the test drive.

The steering wheel shook when braking at speeds over 50mph and was much worse during high speed braking.

When I contacted the seller, he told me it was "track pad residue" and it would go away after bedding in my new brake pads..over 300 miles later it was not any better.

Anyway, I bought the rebuild kit, had Sean rebuild them, and now they work fine. No steering wheel shake whatsoever.

It's too late to get my money back from the seller but I wanted to let fellow members know about my experience with this seller.

My fault for trusting some stranger on a forum.

Exact same experience with prandelia!

I tried to buy the Z1 2 piece rotors but they were sold. Guy said he had something even better- Paragon Performance 2 piece with low use for $650.

I bought and they are also warped beyond useability- violent wheel shake under moderate to heavy braking at speed.

Had brakes installed by highly qualified independent shop (porsche trained mechanics) and after installing said warped. I wanted to make it work so took car

Seller said just drive around and scrub them off- it will be fine.

NO- lots of cruising around trying to mate new pads to used rotors.

Seller is now ghosting me.

Wasn't going to call this guy out but seeing RumbleFish's experience, seems thus guy may be habitual.

Hey,

I'm sorry you got burned by this guy too. He tried to make me think I was being an a-hole. He stopped responding to me as well after I called him on his scam.

What a total POS! Claims to own all these high $$$ rides and is ripping people off.

Here's hoping karma comes calling for him soon.

So, I texted him again letting him know I'd seen your post and said good luck selling your garbage here again. He replied back with a profanity laced text telling me "there's no such thing as "warped rotors", it's only brake pads deposits causing the steering wheel shake. He only "sells 'top shelf' parts off his many track cars"

Mods, I hope you'll take notice
