Juke Owner Opinions?

We dd drive one and love it. Like most cars it has its +/-'s but it drives great, the vawd is responsive, and for our needs (no kids, 1 dog) it holds bikes and groceries like a champ. My only real gripe was a lack of a center consol but we fixed that by ordering from overseas. It was a simple process thanks to the juke forum folks.

I'd assume it's because Nissan's AWD system is built around the cvt, and they don't see enough sales of manual equipped vehicles to justify making it work together. Realistically, I'd be surprised if more than 15% of Juke sold have manuals. It doesn't make sense to split that between two drivetrain types. Which royally sucks, because that would be a fun little car.

Pretty much what chuck said, we were told they would have to design a new setup if they did AWD with manual and it was not worth the cost, especially for a lower budget car.
I agree it would be fun, but driving the FWD with manual is not bad, nor is AWD with CVT if you like the CVT.

I've not driven one, but I've liked the design of the Juke. I was neutral until I realized I always checked them out when I saw one on the road. The only complaint being at some angles that blister of the "nostril" headlights kinda jumps out at me. But any other angle I really like it. (Other vehicles have this issue with me as well.)

I'm kind of bummed. I didn't get to pick it up today. I have to wait until tomorrow for it to be delivered to my dealer.

They respond very well to modifications.. the STILLEN Cat-Back exhaust netted 20 wheel horsepower, just the rear section was 13 wheel horsepower.

Our cat-back plus UpRev tuning with boost.. monster torque increases:

I thought about one but ended up getting a Honda Fit instead

I am happy with my choice and it is pretty damn fun to drive, just throwing it out there as an option I believe you should consider

I actually looked at the Fit and the Mazda 3 too. The thing that really lead me to the Juke was that it has a little more of an SUV feel due to the ride height. It's a really nice departure for the feel of the Z. It just makes me appreciate the Z even more when I get back in it.

I don't have any kids or anything. I just needed something with SOME storage space. Obviously I have the Z with a Zenclosure in the back. My girlfriend drives a Mini Cooper. We can barely buy groceries. lol

If you're used to a Mini, then the Juke is an improvement. It's not small by any means, it just has less space than a Versa. I'm cool with that.

I also looked at the Rogue before I went with the Juke. I liked it, but the Juke was more affordable, had more options, and it wasn't bland and generic like your typical crossover. I only had the Juke for less than 2 months before I traded it for another Z. Had I owned it longer, I probably would've appreciated it more and kept it. I still would've gotten a Z, but I wouldn't have bought a Sentra for the wife. The Sentra, in all fairness, gets WAY better gas mileage and has more interior room. Every time I step on the gas in the Sentra from a dead stop, I miss the Juke.

The Juke is definitely more of a crossover than my Fit. The gas mileage in the Fit is really what attracted me to it and the sporty nature of the car is a nice bonus.

If you can afford the NISMO I would definitely go for it!

I like what you've done with yours. It looks really good.

I wish I could have. The base model was the best I could do. I needed my payments under $200/month and I didn't want to put more than $2k down or trade anything in.

I'm pretty happy with what I got. Sticker was $21k. I got it for just over $18k.
