Went into BMW today to ask the service dept. about getting my car checked out since I just bought it and it's still under factory warranty. Two things happened... 1.

Went into BMW today to ask the service dept. about getting my car checked out since I just bought it and it's still under factory warranty. Two things happened...
1. Tech asked if I had my key on me to which I replied "yes" and stood up to walk out to the car with him. He said, "where are you going?" then took the key from me, plugged it into his computer and proceeded to give me all the current stats on my car. I was like whaaaaaaaaaat?  2. He tells me I'm due for a few things and takes me over to the other service person to set up my appointment and tells her to get my loaner car ready. Now I was like...
