GT-R Spec V

Did that guy say that the breaking system cost $50K or did he say $15k? Well you heard it from him that it's worth it. The 0-60 and quarter mile

Well you heard it from him that it's worth it. The 0-60 and quarter mile was very impressive.

Hmm I am wondering how the pricing for all this is going to play out. It's almost like Nissan might have not did this right with the Spec-V. If they reduced weight bumbed horsepower to say 510 and rated it correctly. As it seems a stock GT-R can be anywhere from 480-520 hp.

If they strike now I am sure they will have a car that crushes the ZR1 and the ACR and its not like they would have to go to the drawing board to find the power because it is already there under the hood. They could easily get $120,000

Maybe MC can verify, but just by unlocking the ECU don't you get close to 550 hp?

Also buy going with Racing Octane gas you can jump to 515 hp? This is what I've gotten from watching on Topgear and Fifth Gear.

stock GT-Rs dyno anywhere from like 400-420 HP to the wheels. a simple ECU flash with the COBB accessport can give you about 30 HP with no mods or more with a custom flash that accounts for exhaust mods

yeah its like 45-50K and for all that you get the same OEM Brembo Calipers painted silver. so that 50K is all in the rotors and other components

those times are pretty good but really no better than an 09 with the launch update

Well maybe when it's released next year hopefully it will have a higher hp rating hopefully. So the new spec v is about 220lbs lighter right? And all that CF use and other few things makes the car more than double the price. WOW! Well if you got money to blow go for it.
