If the Vette works from the get go, with little problems. And gets great reviews. It will blow everything out of the water. A lot who are sitting on the fence will go with the Vette. Long as the dealers don't jack the price up.

There are dealers who sell at MSRP all day long.

The C8 first year might be different.

I just posted the youtube vid on how to buy a vette. All presumptions about purchase are answered in that vid.

Eventually, the market will adjust to MSRP or less.

But initially, if one dealership sells for list, he’ll sell the two cars that he receives in the first 6 months, and yes you can sign a deal for yours at list, but don’t expect to keys for a long time. Or order to suit (base, colour, etc) at list for a while.

Patience will be the key to getting a good car at a good price.

My Z was one of the best cars I've ever owned. My complaints on the Z were from day one but I still bought one n had it 6 yrs cuz I loved the drive.

My issues were the

3 gauge quality
The Z Deserved the Bose stereo in the base car that was in the touring for the money.
The sticks on the manual and auto were cheaply done and it was a contact part so I was upset.
Lastly. They dumbed down our Z that JDM had like.
AUTO START
POWER FOLDING MIRRORS
REAR FOGLIGHT.

Nissan duped us... nevertheless the Z was an AWESOME drive.

I love my Nismo. It is going no where. LOL Not one thing annoys me about it even before the TT upgrade.
