Too bad your friend got one of the rotten eggs. Not sure whats the lemon law in your state says. He should have requested for a buy back by the dealership and got another newer model GS 2017. Same reason why GM invested a million dolllar new paint facility in Kentucky to address the paint issue. I bought mine 2014 velocity yellow now its color changed to matte gray!!! I thought it was those magic color change scheme by Corvette. So your saying its the primer Im seeing? I knew it my vette Paint is made by Skittles!
