This is from the "Distinguished Gentleman's Ride," which was a cool idea at first, when hipsters climbed aboard their Indian-made Royal Enfields to putt around the city in dapper suits with little risk. Now it's gotten a bit silly.
That said, impacts with a deer could happen at any time, to anyone. I question a business suit on an open motorway, though... quite different from 25mph in the city for a lark. But probably better than the typical tank and gym shorts you see most squids wearing while jaunting about on their back wheel at 100mph on I-495.
