I would like to be within a 20minute drive of the university, more specifically the chevron science center..

there's plenty of places close to Pitt just depends on your budget and if you want a house or just an apartment/condo type of deal.

Be prepared for sticker shock. The gas well drillers are buying up most of the housing. So prices have gone up alot in some areas. GF just sold her townhouse, and made a nice profit on it. And she only had it for 2 years.
