Yeah but the problem is you need a valid address in PA and I believe you need a PA license... also if they catch you, they will either deny the claim or offset it by the difference in insurance premium... not to mention you would need to drive to PA to get it inspected (assuming they have regular inspection like NJ). Assuming you don't have a claim it keeps you "legally" insured for less but still a big risk IMO on a 30k-ish car.
