Does anyone have any feedback in how to get rotors off more easily than beating the crap out of them with a rubber mallet until they finally release? QUOTE]

Use a bigger, heavier, metal hammer. Not like you'll be using the old rotors anyway.
Feels wrong to damage rotors with less than 9k miles on them, but I'll keep this in mind for future projects. Thanks Cano.

Thanks for the kind words from you Mike! Pics of us victorious, and Mike with his super clean 40th AE, less than 9k miles on the odo! Note the front rotors (and my sweet wood block setup to get it off the ground)
