There is actually a bolt on the front rotors that is there to prevent morons from installing the rear wheels on the front. Remove this bolt and the metal sleeve around it. With the metal sleeve removed you can reinstall the bolt and screw it in until it hits the wheel hub. Keep tightening it and the leverage will pop the rotor off no problem. The rear rotors don't have the bolt installed, but I'm pretty sure they have a threaded hole that you can use the bolt in same as the fronts.
