Also, you cant even get a shack in CA for 100K but obviously we are on the high end of living cost.

2 pairs of rear amuse canards - 180
Ill be generous and say bodywork - 3000

Meaning if you could finance a house worth 100,000 if you put average 20% down. With a credit score 660+ you can possibly get an even lower percentage. this is all with an average interest rate too.

Thats a nice house with a garage to house your gtr slayer. All for the price of 1 car? No thanks z35...

DEFINATELY don't need a built motor. It's not gonna hurt, but people make over 500 without touching internals. I added price of fuel pump and injectors into cost. Also, transmission not necessity but a z1 flywheel/clutch combo are always very reasonably priced. Even if you built the motor, you would get out for less than 60k. That's my point haha. Like everyone has always said I just hope there is a factory turbo option, otherwise 60k is gonna be a hard sell

So all that for 60k when you can buy a used GT-R for 55k and buy a kit like the SBD700 full bolt on kit for the GT-R for 5k and be at 600+ if on E85. Sorry I'll take the GT-R pound for pound when it comes to performance. When you buy a Z (fully loaded) and push it to 600 hp you're essentially could buy a used GT-R and add bolt on's as I stated. The only way I wouldn't touch my internals when going FI is if the Z wasn't my DD. But it is and can't risk blowing the engine. And I have a 7At so isn't so easy to just upgrade the trans.

4 banger Z??? ridiculous... like i said before, retire the Z for 10 years and leave it a 6 cylinder which should be the only power plant. Revive the 240SX and make a hell of different versions, hybrid 4 banger, turbo and economy car. Reality is, people want a "Sporty Car" not a "Sports Car."

Nissan retired the Z after the 300ZX, why not now. Then come back with bang later on.

I could see a 240SX with a turbo 4cyl being popular if priced below the FRS/BRZ.

I think that Nissan doesn't want to make a super jump in HP as they do not want to be intrusive with GTR territory hurting GTR sales. At least give it more juice to be faster/cooler/better car than the current 5.0 Mustang.

Oh gee... another dumb ******* report about the "next Z".

I'd repeat myself from the last three threads about this, but I'm busy.

I wouldn't mind a $60k Z if it was a complete package deal (looks, handling, power, interior).

If I had won the lottery, yes I would. Right now? No, 2017? No I want to be able to retire one day soon and 60k on a car isnt it, if Im spending that much, I look at Porsche or pony up for a GTR.
