It turns out I didn't actually have a problem. After already having two dented top pipes from Stillen the new set they sent out to me (and others I'm assuming)

It turns out I didn't actually have a problem. After already having two dented top pipes from Stillen the new set they sent out to me (and others I'm assuming) also had a fault. One of the pipes had the holes for the MAF sensor drilled backwards and I must not have noticed when I installed them. I believe the passenger side pipe was the culprit but stillen once again sent new pipes which resolved the problem.
