The resulting dump I took formed words and sentences that told me more about the next Z than Nissan has.

No ... seriously ... Mr. Kenchan knows ... it would be best to follow his advice on such matters.

breaking news... it will actually have 4 electric motors not 2 as previously mentioned.

2 for the windows and 2 for the wipers... more details will follow.

So what you're saying is... No VVEL, electric Throttle bodies, and wiper fluid either! Hell yha. That's the only other motors I can think of at this moment.

Unbelievable, approx 10 odd posts and no one provided any help/advice, just dumb *** comments.
I used to have a beast of a 240z and have always had an interest in the Z cars. I have tried, as i said looking for info on the net but really could not find anything.
Just a suggestion it might be worth having a section on upcoming Z cars, that would make it easier for "outsiders" like myself to gather info all in one place.

they are just saying to use the "search" function, because there are at least 5 threads regarding this. All of them have been probably within the past month.

We are a bunch of wise acres. But seriously, there has been a butt load of talk about the next Z all over this forum. The best thing to do is click on this link ...

New Z info on The 370 Z forum

Maybe not a butt load but ... you get the meaning. The regulars are seeing a dead horse being flogged

fyi the search function on the site kinda blows.

if you want to find things on here the easiest way is google search. top results of anything with 370Z in the search typically will be this site.

Default Next z model

Honestly the latest rumor from what I heard.... The Z or the IDX. Either or. But only 1 can be built. nissan doesn't want to lose its Z community so it's a toss up. However it may contain multiple selection of engines. It will more than likely not come with a turbo due to all the problems the z32 had w warranty coverage and costs to nissan. That being said they may release a MR2/2JZ version, iron engine to hold boost pressure for after market applications. Let the people build what they want on a solid platform. The question now is. Do you bite on a yellow Z first year or wait 2-3 years for all the bugs to be fixed? Possible a 50th anniversary in 2020?!?
