I personally think that's bull, but ok... I've had... 6 for 6 cars get totaled, the insurance asked me on 3 for 6, the other 3 were definite goners.

I think other factors always play in. How long you have had them, how big they are. What TYPE of damage as well

It all depends on the insurance company. The worst I've ever had the displeasure of working with is progressive complete **** bags.

thanks guys for your input, i have allstate, and deff already got a lawyer and doing physical therapy etc, adjuster comes in tom, lets see what happens.
