Today I also tried to tighten up my steering wheel tensioner per this thread: Something leaking at the steering rack The nut was covered in much more gunk than the OP's pic in that thread and quite loose. After about 3/4 turn it tightened up a bit. I gave it at least another 1/2 turn and a test drive, but I'm still not happy with the steering play. I have an appointment scheduled with the dealer tomorrow to look at it as well as the flashing airbag light on my dash.
