My car is getting higher in mileage than I'd like so I want to get something different. Not sure if a used GTR is in the near future or not,

My car is getting higher in mileage than I'd like so I want to get something different. Not sure if a used GTR is in the near future or not, or if I'd be better off getting a new Nismo in black, manual, with the tech package, and then slapping on a Fast Intentions TT kit.
Financially I'm in a good position to get either car, but with a wedding around the corner and looking to buy a house, I might not opt for the GTR for another two years. This Z + turbo would probably hold me over.
