Lol. guys light seals can leak over time. It's an 09 for crying out loud. If it spent its whole life outside it 100% can leak from hot and cold temps.
As for the wet wheel, it's called condensation. Was the car outside in the cold then heated up? Guess how condensation starts? Please give me a more serious problem. If you have serious worries, jack the car up. Look at the exhaust bolts and nuts. One look will tell you if it was removed before since that's 95% the first mod.
