would suck if it is, but then again i feel no sympathy for someone speeding through a busy shopping district at those speeds where something like someone pulling out on to the street could have instantly turned into a few fatalities...i can understand the mentality that we have all done this at one time or another on the highway, but on busy city streets it is 100x more likely that something bad is going to happen at those speeds...in any case if it is SPOHN i seriously hope they suspend his license and the other asshat that was racing him
