Typical Vegas drivers. They look at a yellow and accelerate instead of brake. Not only that, it doesn't look like she attempted to maneuver to avoid the accident. Like a damn deer. I wonder if she even attempted to apply the brakes. Morning zombie driving.

/\ I think this an everywhere phenomenon. It was worst when I lived in NJ and also down here in fl. I swear when people here see a yellow I imagine them saying "challenge accepted" and flooring it.

Maybe it has something to do with the color yellow because a swear it's like some people can't see my bright yellow car coming down the road!

What if that smashed up Honda was his Nissan & the tinted window Z was the Honda driven by a woman that was distracted by laud music & her passenger & making a left turn in front of you while(by the look of the Honda's damage) you were traveling the speed limit of 40 to 45 mph.????

We all would be cursing the hell out of the B1tch!!!!

That I couldn't tell

Considering the Honda's damage, how in the world you thought she was slowing down?

The COP told you where you stand! He pretty much laught at you when you tried to blame her. Ain't that right????

You know there are blinking yielding turn signals all over the US, that means if it's clear, you go. You will drive in front of a vehicle as you turn, granted they are usually a safe enough distance. You argument that he never should have been there doesn't hold much water. Regardless if you flip the scenario. I have seen on multiple occasions people initially brake, then change their minds to try and beat the light. Infamous isn't 100% in the right, but he committed to his decision. The CRV didn't.

If there is traffic cam video, even better, but I'm basing the information off the only side of the story we have. Laws aren't always the most concrete ways of judging things. Just look at people who get in wrecks to fraud insurance companies. It's becoming rampant. They use methods that better position themselves with standing laws.

Maybe you should go back to driving in a straight line 1/4 at a time, it seems at this point in time, its may be the only thing your good at when operating a vehicle. (I'm just busting your balls now )

That's messed up...I hate people who soeed up because OMG, this person is cutting me/crossing me/passing me.

Both men and women do that, I still speed up and cut the mofo anyway. Once you cut them they drive like dumba**es again, never made sense to me at all!

Too bad about your car and you're OK I guess or you wouldn't be making this post. I don't see why everyone is blaming the woman. You shouldn't have entered the intersection and made your left turn until it was safe to do so. Obviously it wasn't safe. Three sides to every story and we're only being told one. Wonder what she's saying? Hope it works out for ya.
