Is it raining/snowing out or did you just wach the car? Been sitting awhile? The rotors will shows signs of surface rust at the slightest hint of moisture. It'll wear off the first time you hit the brakes or find and empty parking lot, give it hell and test out the ABS sytem.
The scraping might be a rock or some debris in the dust shield on the back side of the rotors. I live down a gravel road so I get this alot. I usually fix it by the above method. DRLs I can't think of anything since I have an '11. Hit them with a hammer? |
