A couple transmission issues

So I may be paranoid at times but I don't think I am his time. Seems like when the car gets to 85 and above in sixth gear the transmission gets a vibration. Not only that but also the whine gets noticably louder too. Then again went cruising some tonight with stop and go driving. Me and my friend both notice every time I shift gears it makes a loud thump that u can also feel. Why do I have a feeling something is not going good for me with this transmission? I have noticed non of the above before either, these things just started today with about 1,600 miles on it so far. Any ideas or are these normal things?

Could be a tranny mount gone bad.
