Question about rev matching

I use it on the track as I can't heal and toe very well on my 370z. Actually the only car i could ever heal and toe well in was my 78' 280z.
Yeah it's really hard for me to on my Z as well. I'm going to have to re-locate the accelerator pedal because of this. The pedal is too far below the brake pedal at anything other than 100% maximum braking effort and my foot just can't reach the gas. I'm going to shim the gas pedal towards me a bit, maybe even scoot it to the left just a touch. We'll see.
