Super Low Profile Floor Jack on sale for cheap

Is the round plate on that jack removable, and is there a round hole underneath? I ask because I love this thing: Floor Jack Saddle Adapter for Rocker Panel Pinch

Is the round plate on that jack removable, and is there a round hole underneath? I ask because I love this thing: Floor Jack Saddle Adapter for Rocker Panel Pinch Weld : Amazon.com : Automotive , but it doesn't really fit all jacks. I had to cut up another jack I had to make it work with it

Well it's on sale, with the coupon code that's on the product page it's only $109.99.

On a stock Z, this jack can reach the front center jacking point from the front bumper with no drama. For the side, it'll fit under the lowest of Z's.

Low Profile Floor Jack - 2 Ton, Rapid Pump® Jack

Check it out!
I have this one. Works great. Love it. Want another one. It is heavy but well needed.

I just bought the 2.5 ton version of this jack at my local Harbor Freight on Monday and it was $84.99 on sale. No coupon needed. The reach is shorter but I just drive up on a pair of 2x4s and can reach the front center jack point.

Yeah the 2.5 and 3 ton don't go as low, unfortunately. They're both always a lot cheaper.

Actually the 2.5 ton is very close with a min height of 2 3/4", the reach is just shorter at 29". Not a big deal for me though.

Use the Costco jack and always use the rear diff. as a starting point to get the car on stands. I'm lowered on Swift springs. This one has served me quite well.

Of all the jacks in my garage, my favorite is: BendPak LR-60 Low Rise Lift, 6,000 Lb. Capacity

Depends on the reseller. If you search google there are many available resellers, and you may want to factor in shipping costs and such (esp residential delivery on liftgate, etc). All that said, most of the public retailer quotes are in the ballpark of $1500->$2000. Well worth it, IMHO, if you have a garage bay to dedicate to it. A stock Z gets on fine. If you're lowered, you'll want to make little ramps/platforms out of wood at the ends and then it still works fine. Super easy to work on the wheel wells on this thing, and you get good enough access to the front/rear to do oil changes, diff work, and suspension work. The only thing you can't really reach is the center area around the transmission. Max lift height is only around 2 feet, but it's still better than jacks and stands, and it's about all I can raise the car anyways in a standard-height garage.

I made a post on my facebook a little while ago about that type of low profile jack !!

The lowest point of my Z was about 3'' this jack is awesome ! I just hope it will last more than 1 race season as I averaged 1-2 jack/year

It is heavy but the long reach low profile is good enough

been lowered with swift springs. Still could not reach the front jacking point in the center as my sports lower lip is on the way, any where I can jack it up?
Is it safe to jack it on the lower suspension link or to the under tow hook at the end of the chassis subframe in front ? Thanks
