Another one bites the dust

The key light is blinking in the cluster and right away I knew it was the steering wheel lock, but it was too late. So I call triple A and can you believe that they didn't want to tow my car because its about a 35 min drive to my dealership and it was rush hour! In the end I had to leave my car there at the gas station and hide the key in the suspension....I couldn't believe it! I'm calling triple A once my car is towed to complain, what's the point of having them if they're not even gonna tow my car when needed? I still have warranty so hopefully I'm covered and can at least get a courtesy vehicle. I know there's tons of threads on this I just needed to vent!
