I'm sure John's used to catching flak like this. All aero and style companies have to deal with the occasional hardcore function over form fanatic.

Just curious, what is the guestament

of a 100% carbon fiber hood? And what would the weight difference be compared to the Z's aluminum hood?

If you wanted a full carbon fiber roof replacement youd shed at least 10 lbs. We only make roof caps though :-/

Sorry! The CF hood would shed a little more than 10 lbs. Not exactly sure yet we still have to weigh the two.
