Default Carbon Fiber Fenders

Well like I said I want to bring options to you guys where you guys chose what gets produced first.

So plain and simple who would be interested in carbon fiber fenders?

We would make them in two options.

Carbon fiber reinforced with fiberglass which would be around $699.99

or

Full carbon fiber which would be around $899.99

They both would be lighter than OEM fenders, but full carbon would be lighter than fiberglass reinforced, and much stronger.

Vents are also in the cards. All we need is to reproduce the OEM ones to create vented ones.

Maybe similar to these for the 350. But made to compliment the lines of the 370z

DONT PAY ATTENTION TO THE LETTERING ON THE IMAGE. I HAVE TO FIND A BETTER PICTURE...

Shipping would be roughly $60 anywhere in the US (accept alaska and hawaii)

If we can get 3 - 5 interested buyers then Id be glad to start.

Would possibly be interested, especially if they were a bit wider than stock and/or offered some venting above or behind the tire. Otherwise it would have to be a substantial weight loss for me to want to buy them anytime soon.

Would this be clear coated, no prep needed, ready to install, or matte finish, needs to be painted?

Hi John,

Definitely interested, as long as those prices are MSRP-like, meaning that they will sell for 10-15% less than that.

For reference, Seibon carbon fenders for the 350Z can be found for $750 or so, and that's with being 10 mm wider than stock, and with exhaust vents behind the front tires. As far as I know, those are clear-coated and full carbon.

That's a pretty interesting idea. A custom bumper would allow for all kinds of air openings for radiators up front, openings for brake cooling ducts, and a different look!

Albeit, I think it would be very hard to save on weight, given the lightness of the stock bumper.

yup. Openings for coolers, built in openings for intake ducts and an extended lower lip splitter....

Sounds like the perfect opt to do a CF front bumper with a Mine's lip incorporated minus the Canards!

V1:No added vents
V2: With added vents for intakes!!
